Being a member of FLAWLESS CLEAN allows you to gain discount rate by grade.

- Family : 5% immediate discount

- VIP: (USD 500 or above purchasing amount): 15% discount

 - VVIP: VIP: (USD 1,000 or above purchasing amount): 20% discount


Order and Payment

You can order multiple products at once by placing them in your shopping cart or as an option.

Payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com.

EXIMBAY is a payment gateway company providing services to online stores that authorize a debit/credit card payment.


<Partial cancellation>
Please be aware that partial cancellation is not available for certain cards once payment is made.

In this case, please contact our CS center as we are willing to assist you with full guidance.


Shipping Guide
  • Parcels are only dispatched on business days.
  • Please be informed that order placed right before day-offs and holidays in Korea may be delayed.

  • International shipping is currently not available.


Exchange/Return

We ask you for a careful examination prior to your purchase.
Any inquiries regarding the products should be made within 7 days from the day the delivery was completed.

<Exchange / Return due to customers’ change of mind>
- Please contact our CS center within 7 days after receiving your package and send us return tracking number in 3 business days.
- While making an inquiry to our CS center include the following information to hasten the process: Name, Order number, product name/code, reason for exchange/ return
- In case of any exchange due to change of mind round-trip shipping cost will have to be borne by a customer.

Conditions of items will be examined once they reach our warehouse.
- In case those items show any signs of use, they will not be accepted for exchange.

In case of any return due to change of mind, the return shipping fee is borne by a customer and the initial shipping fee deductions are applicable according to FLAWLESS CLEAN return policy.

<Exchange / Return policy for defective and wrongly shipped items>
- Please contact our CS center within 7 days after receiving your package and send us return tracking number in 3 business days.
- While making an inquiry to our CS center include the following information to hasten the process: Order list, a picture of the item, a picture of defect part

- For any exchanges/ returns of defective or wrongly shipped items, the shipping fees will be borne by FLAWLESS CLEAN.

The amount will be refunded to the customers once parcels are arrived at our inventory and checked by the relative team.
